The Philodendron Birkin

My favorite thing about repotting a plant is seeing how much it has grown inside of its current pot. Today I had the privilege of repotting and propagating one of my favorite plants – a Philodendron Birkin.

If you have been on my blog and read my previous posts, you would know that I see a lot of symbolism and crossover between life and nature.

Certainly, this Birkin was ready to be put into a new pot since it had a lot of bound root. I propagated the Birkin and it ultimately went from one plant to four smaller ones.

What this tells me is that as humans, when we are ready to grow, we have to allow ourselves to grow; doing this allows us to thrive in the new environments.

Think about your own life, are there opportunities to grow, to expand, and to become a better version of yourself? If so, then say yes to that opportunity. And see where that path of life will take you.
